For people who are ready to prepare for their arrival in Kenya and want hands-on help coordinating trusted local support. Your service begins with a 60-minute planning call where we map out your dates, priorities, needs, and concerns. From there, Gateway Africa helps coordinate the practical pieces of your arrival through trusted local relationships and personalized support. Depending on your needs, coordination may include housing or Airbnb recommendations, airport pickup, trusted transportation connections, arrival meals or hospitality, SIM card or eSIM guidance, vendor communication, basic itinerary support, and cultural preparation. The $300 USD fee covers Gateway Africa’s planning and coordination support. Housing, transportation, meals, activities, and other third-party services are paid separately to the providers unless otherwise agreed.
