For people who are ready to plan a trip to Kenya and want help coordinating trusted local support. This service begins with a 60-minute planning call, followed by coordination support based on your needs. Support may include housing or Airbnb recommendations, airport pickup coordination, trusted transportation connections, arrival meal or hospitality coordination, SIM card or eSIM guidance, vendor communication, basic itinerary support, and cultural preparation. Important note: The $300 USD fee is a Gateway Africa coordination fee. Vendor costs, housing, meals, transportation, activities, and third-party services are separate and are paid directly to the providers unless otherwise agreed.
