Gateway Africa Arrival Coordination

Trusted local coordination for your Kenya arrival

650 US dollars

Service Description

For one individual, couple, family, or travel party arriving through Nairobi who wants a smoother, well-supported landing into Kenya. Your booking begins with a 60-minute Arrival Planning Call where we walk through your trip, priorities, decisions, questions, and the practical pieces that need attention before you arrive. Within 3 business days after the call, you will receive your personalized Kenya Arrival Plan & Next Steps. This brings together what has already been handled, the decisions you have made, the areas still in progress, your next steps, relevant resources or providers, and what Gateway Africa will help coordinate with you. Your service also includes 30 days of active pre-arrival coordination, a Gateway Africa Arrival Host for your Nairobi landing, and arrival-related support through your first 48 hours in Kenya. We can help coordinate practical needs such as accommodation, transportation, connectivity, local providers, and other arrival details while you remain free to choose and book the providers that fit you best. If your trip is more than 30 days away, your Planning Call and personalized Arrival Plan come first. Your active coordination period begins 30 days before arrival. If your arrival is already within 30 days, coordination begins right away. On Arrival Day, your Gateway Africa Arrival Host meets your party after immigration, baggage, and customs, welcomes each traveler with a Kenyan Maasai shuka, helps coordinate the transportation handoff, and supports your transition to your primary accommodation. Gateway Africa remains available for arrival-related support through your first 48 hours in Kenya. One booking covers one individual, couple, family, or travel party of up to 6 people traveling together to one primary accommodation. Multiple families or parties staying separately should book separately. Transportation, accommodation, meals, activities, connectivity, and other third-party services are paid separately. Gateway Africa helps coordinate the handoffs, while each provider remains responsible for the service they provide.
